We want to understand your goals, working with you to make them a reality. We have been able to draw on their expertise and are always met with a professional and personable service. What has been most welcome is the pragmatic approach to the work that really makes you feel valued as a client. In the past, I’ve dreaded speaking to accountants because they would speak in lingo I didn’t understand, but with PKF Francis Clark I’m never made to feel I’m asking a stupid question. When I don’t understand something, they can explain it to me. It’s about having trust and faith in the people you work with. In all cases, we have found the team to be professional and knowledgeable (a given for any firm one hopes), yet also friendly, approachable and not like your stereotypical accountant when needed – the right balance of professional and human.
