Lilly Rogers

Senior associate, corporate finance

Lilly advises shareholders, management teams and professional advisers on a wide range of matters, including EOT and MBO transactions, complex shares and dispute-related valuations. Her work also includes preparing clear, objective valuation reports for civil and family courts.

Lilly delivers valuations that often involve detailed financial modelling and analysis of complex capital structures and future cash flows. She is known for her analytical approach and her ability to present technical conclusions in a clear and commercially focused way.

Before joining the corporate finance team, Lilly worked in operational and commercial roles focused on sales growth, performance improvement and business operations, before qualifying as a chartered accountant through roles in personal tax and audit. She has worked with large corporates across manufacturing and engineering, developing a strong understanding of operational drivers, commercial strategy and financial controls that now underpin her valuation and forensic work.
