Darren Phillips

Darren has more than 30 years’ experience working with international advisory firms. He specialises in transaction support and due diligence, with particular expertise advising on high-value deals across the TMT, energy and healthcare sectors.

Darren joined PKF Francis Clark’s corporate finance team in Southampton in December 2025, where he is reunited with Andrew Killick, Head of Corporate Finance, having previously worked together at a Big Four firm earlier in their careers.

Darren enjoys supporting clients through transactions, which are often a first-time and significant milestone for them, and takes pride in mentoring colleagues as they develop their careers. He is focused on contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm’s corporate finance offering on the South Coast.
Outside work Darren enjoys climbing, running and cycling and when not outside physically, singing!
