Michelle Ford

Based across the Salisbury and Poole offices, Michelle works closely with clients to build long-term relationships and provide guidance that reflects their business goals, family priorities and local market context.

With more than 30 years’ experience working in Salisbury, including nearly 18 years with PKF Francis Clark, Michelle has strong local knowledge and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in the region. She works with clients across a wide range of sectors, with particular experience supporting property businesses, including developers and rental companies.

Michelle’s work often involves helping clients plan for the future, make confident decisions and manage important transitions. This has included supporting a husband-and-wife-owned furniture company with the transfer of the trade to the next generation, as well as helping a group secure lending to purchase a new subsidiary.

Clients value Michelle’s approachable style, strong relationships and ability to provide clear advice grounded in a detailed understanding of their business. She is ACCA qualified and brings a practical, supportive approach to every client relationship.

Outside work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, family and friends. Her weekends are often spent watching her daughters play cricket or take part in athletics events. She also enjoys going to the gym, morning walks with her husband and running as part of a women’s running club.
