Richard Owen

Richard works closely with business owners and management teams, providing practical, commercially focused advice on accounting, business growth, profitability, succession planning, and strategic decision-making.

Richard joined PKF-Francis Clark’s business advisory team in 2014 after relocating from a regional accountancy practice in the West Midlands and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2016. During his ACA studies, he was recognised for his outstanding academic performance, receiving an award in the Advanced Level Strategic Business Management examination.

Combining strong technical expertise with a pragmatic and personable approach, Richard takes pride in developing trusted, long-term relationships with his clients, enabling him to provide tailored advice and support throughout the various stages of their business journey.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly walking his dog and mountain biking.
