Tom Slade

Tom is an Associate Director specialising in Transaction Services, with extensive experience of leading financial due diligence engagements and providing transaction support across a wide range of sectors. Over the past five years, Tom has been involved in more than 70 transactions, with a combined value exceeding £700 million, acting in both a buy-side and sell-side capacity, and for private equity, high street and challenger banks, and large corporates.

Tom takes pride in translating financial insights into real-world value for his clients and helping them navigate complex transactions through to completion, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.

His sector expertise includes facilities management, fire and security, online retail, food and drink, healthcare and renewables. In particular, he has advised on:
• Numerous acquisitions for Partners Group
• Numerous acquisitions for Fortus
• Bloom & Wild’s acquisition of Bloomon
• The sale of Trewithen Dairy to Ehrmann
• Inuvi Health’s acquisition of Express Diagnostics
• Asterion Industrail Partner’s acquisition of an operational anaerobic digestion plant

Tom is a Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s degree with Distinction in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Reading. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family, including exploring Dartmoor, and going on his PlayStation (when time allows).
