Tom Slade

Tom works on a variety of corporate finance transactions including sales, acquisitions and equity fundraises as well as undertaking financial due diligence and complex valuations.

Tom has developed experience across multiple sectors over his 7 years at PKF Francis Clark including food and drink, manufacturing and retail.

Tom has recently performed due diligence assignments for Global Risk Partners, a serial acquirer in the insurance industry and provided transactional support on the sale of Securi-Guard to Scutum, an international leader in the fire and security industry.

Tom is a Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management. In his free time Tom enjoys drumming and paddle boarding.
