Michelle Cordy

Michelle is a fellow chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She joined our firm in 2023, having gained years of experience beforehand at a regional practice.

Michelle specialises in tax advise. She has a wide range of skills and experience in dealing with transactional matters. These include acquisitions and disposals and advising on how best to structure these. She provides tax advice to companies and shareholders on various forms of corporate reorganisations, including management buyouts and demergers. Michelle has a particular focus on the owner managed business across all sectors. She enjoys helping business owners, from start-up to expansion and finally to succession planning and exit.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys trying her hand at playing various musical instruments (badly), reading and likes to spend time with family and friends.
