Lisa Cruise

Lisa joined PKF Francis Clark in 2013 as a graduate trainee in the corporate tax compliance team. Lisa has a law degree and is dual qualified as a chartered accountant (ICAEW) and chartered tax advisor (CIOT).

With over 10 years of tax experience, Lisa uses her professional background to help provide advice to a wide range of owner-managed businesses and larger corporates on their business and corporate transactions.

Lisa is a positive person and prides herself on building good relationships with her clients and other professionals. She has a particular interest in helping to support clients effectively through a variety of transactions including on the sale and purchase of companies, corporate restructuring projects such as demergers, hive ups and other transactions.

Outside of the office, Lisa can be found in her trainers mostly running but sometimes hiking the South West coast path. If you’re quick, you may also spot her braving a cold-water dip in the sea.
