Laura Howson

Laura is a tax director based in our Salisbury office with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, non-resident and non-domiciled individuals, trusts and estates.

She provides advice on a wide range of private client matters and is a specialist in advising high-net-worth individuals and those with complex affairs. Laura can assist with HMRC tax enquiries, HMRC disclosures, capital gains tax planning and inheritance tax advice. She is also a member of our international tax advisory team specialising in offshore matters, including annual tax on enveloped dwellings (ATED), non-domiciled individuals and UK residency issues.

Laura trained in Southampton and is a fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), with 16 years of experience.

Outside of work, Laura teaches dance and enjoys exploring the countryside with her dog, Bumble.
