Robert Waterhouse

Manager, tax

Robert Waterhouse is an ATT qualified Manager in the business tax team, specialising in R & D.  Based in Bristol, he has a wide client base including the engineering, manufacturing, software sectors and works with clients supporting them with their R & D claims.

Robert is committed to understanding clients’ projects in-depth – reviewing, defining and quantifying them thoroughly to then form the basis of a claim suitable for submission to HMRC.

He relishes the variety of his role – the different clients, industries, projects and enjoys rising to the challenges presented to him to be considered and resolved.

Away from work, Robert is very active – he has climbed Mont Blanc, raised money for the ice bucket challenge and takes part in running, cycling and charity events.  He is also a big Formula 1 fan and is a Liverpool football supporter.

Robert's client say

“We are proud to have successfully completed the transaction with the support of PKF Francis Clark. Their excellent tax guidance proved instrumental in bringing this complex deal to a successful close” Project Orion
