Will joined PKF Francis Clark in 2015 as an assistant. He trained with the firm and became a qualified chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor.

After a decade’s worth of experience advising owner-managed businesses in the SME sector, Will decided to move over to corporate finance. Now, he works across a wide variety of corporate finance transactions and industries. His work involves delivering sell-side support, buy-side due diligence, and vendor due diligence.
