George Harold

Since joining the firm in 2016 as an auditor, George has built a strong foundation in corporate audit and assurance, developing key skills in financial analysis, communication, and strategic business insight.

In 2021, George transitioned into corporate finance, where he now focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the renewable energy market. He works across the development lifecycle of Solar, BESS, and Onshore Wind technologies, supporting investment and strategic decision-making in the sector with a clear, analytical approach and a deep understanding of the commercial landscape.

George qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant in 2019 and holds a first-class degree in mathematics. His technical expertise, combined with a passion for sustainable investment and infrastructure, makes him a trusted adviser to clients navigating the evolving energy transition.
