New member of the AISMA Board announced – Kieran Hancock

Kieran Hancock, director in our specialist medical team, has been voted onto the Board of the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA). AISMA is a UK wide network of accountancy firms providing expert advice to medical practices, GPs and hospital doctors. The Board is made up of 12 officers, all of whom represent significant expertise in the sector.

AISMA provides a place where medical accountants can share information and best practice to help better support their clients, providing unrivalled financial intelligence on what makes the most profitable and well managed medical practice.

Kieran was voted on to the board after an application process, including an interview and supplementary questions. His inclusion in the Board represents a significant achievement and continues the long term association PKF Francis Clark has with AISMA which began with recently retired partner, Luke Bennett.

Kieran is a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor. Since 2016 he has specialised in healthcare, specifically providing advice to GP practices and hospital consultants.

He said “It is a huge achievement for me to be voted on to the AISMA Board. I have always strived to be one of the best and joining AISMA allows me to learn and share information with leading accountants from across the country. Having insight into latest developments and changes in the sector will allow us, as a firm, to provide the most up-to-date and beneficial advice to our current and prospective clients.”
