We’re celebrating being officially recognised as a Great Place to Work.

The certification by workplace culture experts Great Place to Work follows a confidential survey covering all aspects of employees’ experiences.

PKF Francis Clark becomes one of only a handful of accountancy firms in the UK to achieve the prestigious international accolade. The firm has a growing team of around 850 people and 54 partners across our eight offices, in Bristol, Poole, Salisbury, Exeter, Taunton, Torquay, Plymouth and Truro.

Our friendly and supportive culture remains one of our key strengths.

Managing partner Andrew Richards said: “I’m delighted that we’ve received this independent recognition as a Great Place to Work. The best thing is that it’s based on confidential feedback from our people.

“Recruiting and retaining the best people to serve our clients is central to our success, and we pride ourselves on our friendly and collaborative culture. I’m particularly pleased that some of the areas we scored highest in were about treating people fairly, caring about each other, making people feel welcome and being honest and ethical – these all reflect our core values.”

Amy Taylor, people director, said: “As the firm has grown over the years, we’ve worked hard to maintain the family feel that’s always been one of the main reasons people say they enjoy working here. Our friendly and supportive culture remains one of our key strengths.

“From health and wellbeing initiatives to social events, and volunteering days to leadership programmes, we’re always looking for new ways to nurture a sense of belonging and ensure our people feel valued, know they can be themselves at work and are supported to be the best they can be.”

Great Place to Work has been working with leading companies of all industries, locations and sizes for over 40 years to help build and recognize high-trust workplace cultures. Its research has shown again and again that a high-trust culture at work means more than a better employee experience – it also means a business advantage in a competitive economy.
