Ashley Barton

Beginning his career in 2016, Ashley joined Mazars via the school leaver apprenticeship scheme – while training, he supported local companies as well as international groups in the accounting & outsourcing team before qualifying as an ACCA in 2022.

 Ashley joined the firm in 2023 and went on to spend 3 years in the M&A team advising SMEs and large corporates on business sales, acquisitions, MBOs and fund raising. During this time, Ashley gained key experience in deal structuring as well as generally navigating complex deal processes across a variety of sectors.

 As of 2026, Ashley transferred to the Debt Advisory team where he advises businesses across the mid-market on corporate debt solutions, securing bespoke products to help unlock growth and achieve objectives.
