Becky is an associate in the corporate finance department, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Since joining the firm as an analyst in 2022, Becky has played a key role in supporting clients through complex transactions, combining analytical rigour with a personable and collaborative approach.

Her work involves assisting businesses across a range of sectors, providing insight and support throughout the deal lifecycle – from initial valuation and strategic planning to due diligence and completion. She holds a degree in business management from Cardiff University, where she developed a solid foundation in finance, strategy, and organisational leadership. Becky brings energy and enthusiasm to every project, helping clients navigate opportunities with confidence and clarity.
