Prior to joining PKF Francis Clark Bob spent more than a decade in the city of London specialising in the energy sector and providing corporate finance advice to companies active in the sector.

Since joining PKF Francis Clark he has advised both renewable energy technology providers and development companies, as well as general farming and other businesses looking to become involved in the sector. Clients range from individual project companies (such as a single solar park or wind turbine) and energy co-operatives through to developers of substantial businesses in the sector, and investors.

Sub-sectors covered include solar PV, wind, flexible/back up generation, energy storage technologies, marine renewables, biomass, demand side strategies, renewable transport businesses, anaerobic digestion (incl. biomethane gas injection plants) and renewable heat

Transaction types include public fundraisings, acquisition/sales advice, financial modelling, due diligence, business plan preparation and review, debt and equity fundraising, valuations and lead advisory.

Bob is a graduate of Oxford University (B.A. Hons) and a qualified accountant (ACA).
