Dan Tout

Dan is a corporate services partner in our Poole office, responsible for delivering high quality audit, accounts and tax advisory services to businesses in a variety of commercial sectors across Dorset and Hampshire.

Dan is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and Statutory Auditor who has also worked in-house for food & drink and property services businesses. This ensures he has a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by clients, to enable him to advise them in the most practical way.

Dan works closely with boards and finance directors of owner managed or PE backed businesses, UK subsidiaries of international groups and professional practices. Alongside his work with businesses, Dan also provides audit services to local not-for-profit organisations.

Dan was educated at Poole Grammar School and graduated from Bournemouth University with a first-class honours degree in accounting and taxation. He is a former member of the board of governors and audit and risk committee chair at Bournemouth and Poole College. Dan is married with two children and enjoys running, cycling and swimming in his spare time.
