Douglas Oakman

Doug Oakman is a tax manager based in our Bristol office, specialising in management share incentives and employment related securities.

He joined PKF Francis Clark in 2017 after three years with HMRC in Bristol, prior to which he was a sales professional for a stockholder within the Amari Metals group.

Doug has extensive experience in employment related securities, shareholder tax matters, management buyouts and employee share incentive schemes such as EMI. He particularly enjoys working with owner-managers to help them design and implement a share scheme which meets their specific requirements.

Doug is ATT qualified, has a first class law degree and is accredited by ADR Group as a civil and commercial mediator. Outside of work Doug is usually busy looking after his three children and many animals.
