Erica manages the payroll department in Truro, providing payroll processing services and advice to more than 200 clients. Erica has over 16 years’ experience in payroll having started at PKF Francis Clark as a trainee.

Erica prides herself on providing a high quality service and has supported staff and clients alike through signification changes in HR, taxation and pension legislation. As well as managing the payroll team, Erica keeps up to date with payroll processing by dealing directly with a small number of clients who have in excess of 300 employees.

Erica has significant payroll qualifications (IAB Level 3 in Computerised Payroll, IAB Level 3 in Manual Payroll, AAT Payroll Level 3) and clients benefit from her technical knowledge and her many years of experience.

As a working mum, Erica is very family orientated and loves nothing more than spending valuable time with her family and close friends, preferably outdoors exploring the beaches and countryside around Cornwall.
