Joining the firm in 1994 and becoming a partner in 2007, Giles has developed an in-depth understanding of commercial issues. He excels in assisting companies with their planning and strategic decision making. As a family business specialist, he manages a substantial portfolio of owner-managed businesses, including high-profile groups of companies. Giles leverages his extensive experience in business advisory and tax fields to help clients achieve their long-term goals.

Passionate about supporting family businesses, Giles understands the unique challenges they face, including financial and tax structuring and succession. He has significant experience dealing with complex succession matters and delves into the root of family dynamics, which can greatly benefit family businesses. Giles is a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a degree in accountancy and management science.
