Heather specialises in providing property owners, businesses and developers with rounded property advice. With a wealth of experience in providing stamp duty land tax advice, Heather is a member of the national stamp duty practitioners group.

Heather can add value by providing insightful capital allowance advice. She can help you to obtain tax relief on capital expenditure on your property. She can also provide guidance on your property sales and purchases.

Her experience spans several sectors. These include renewables, furnished holiday lets, hotels, retail and leisure and manufacturing.

Heather has shared her knowledge through lectures at the Chartered Institute of Tax (CIOT). She has been involved in various publications including Claritax’s ‘ Furnished Holiday Lettings – A tax guide’ and Tolley’s Capital Allowances.

Heather is a charted tax advisor (CTA) and a fellow of the institute of chartered accountants (FCA).

Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, walking with her family and running.
