From day one of his training in October 1988, James has been involved with engineering and manufacturing clients which he is as passionate about now as ever and heading up the firm’s specialist sector group. Through his IT and systems work, James can apply working solutions to every day issues that his clients may have.

James specialises in Family Business and owner-managed businesses of any size from start-ups to multi-million pound turnover clients. He recognises the importance of relationships and the need to really understand what his clients do and what they want from their business.

James was educated locally and is proud to have joined the firm at 18. He represents the firm on the Steering Committee of the Dorset Engineering & Manufacturing Cluster, which helps promote the amazing businesses not just in Dorset but across the South West region.

James is married with two children. He is often seen around the various cricket grounds of Hampshire and Dorset, supporting Bournemouth and Poole Cricket Clubs and taking photographs for the teams.
