Kate Culley

Kate is a highly experienced tax senior manager specialising in shares tax – from transactions, structuring and business asset disposal relief to EMI and EIS. Her background is in large corporate work, but in recent years she has focused more on start-ups and privately owned businesses to facilitate their transactions and share incentives schemes.

Kate is born and bred in the South West, but trained in a small London firm transferring to EY and then Siemens before returning home to the Westcountry to work for PwC for 17 years. Kate joined PKF Francis Clark in June 2019 and is based in the Plymouth and Torquay offices.
