Lisa is the Head of Tax Technical at PKF Francis Clark, supporting the firm’s teams on tax policy and technical issues across its offices and also across the wider PKF network. Her objective, as with every partner and every member of staff at PKF Francis Clark, remains the same, to provide each client with an effective, professional and personal service.
She has more than 20 years’ experience working in all areas of taxation including compliance and consultancy. For the last fifteen years Lisa has specialised in dealing with inheritance tax planning, onshore and offshore trust taxation, residence and domicile issues, capital gains tax and pre-owned assets tax for a number of high net worth clients.
Lisa has lectured on a number of topics including trust planning following the Finance Act 2006 changes, capital tax planning for high net worth individuals and managing HMRC enquiries. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
