Lisa joined PKF Francis Clark in March 2020 as a VAT consultant. She previously worked for HMRC for over 15 years, gaining expert VAT technical knowledge, and an understanding of HMRC procedures including VAT penalty actions. During her time at HMRC Lisa worked in compliance roles undertaking interventions with small and medium sized businesses across all trade sectors. More recently she has been undertaking compliance checks of businesses with VAT repayment returns.

Lisa helps clients by providing consultancy and advice on all matters relating to their business’ exposure to VAT.

Lisa has worked with the independent education sector on VAT registration issues, VAT recovery on transport costs and Capital Goods Scheme item implications on high value assets.

In her spare time Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys experiencing different cultures through travel to foreign countries.
