Lois Hussey

Head of cloud accounting

Headshot of Lois Hussey.

Based in the Torquay office, Lois joined the business services department in 2014 preparing company accounts, VAT returns, personal tax returns and carrying out bookkeeping. She soon started her studies and became AAT qualified in 2018.

Since the announcement of Making Tax Digital, Lois has been heavily involved in encouraging digitalisation and streamlining clients’ accounting processes by utilising digital accounting platforms. From demonstrating software, to converting clients to a more digital approach and offering continued software support and training.

Lois enjoys searching for a solution for her clients to increase efficiencies so they spend less time on accountancy administration and more time on running their business.
In her spare time Lois enjoys playing netball and is keen to give most sports a go. Most weekends you’ll find her going for long walks with her family, getting creative with crafts or supporting the Mighty Green Army at Home Park.
