Paul Crocker

Chief executive officer

During his career Paul has been at the forefront of transactional work, both as a corporate finance adviser and a banker. The combination of over 25 years in lead advisory, due diligence and banking roles gives Paul a breadth of experience to draw upon when advising clients and facilitating negotiations in a wide range of sectors.

Paul spent the first decade of his career working for national accountancy firms, including seven years at EY. He then spent 10 years in the banking industry with HSBC, based in London and Bristol, in leadership roles in corporate banking, leverage and acquisition finance.
Since joining PKF Francis Clark as a corporate finance partner in 2015, Paul has used his combined corporate finance and banking experience to provide advice to business owners, boards and management teams.
Paul moved into the role of CEO in April 2023 to drive the firm’s strategic development.
Like many former rugby players, he now spends his spare time trying to keep fit through walking, cycling and surfing. Paul is married with two sons.
