Rhiannon Baynham

Senior manager, tax

Rhiannon Baynham is a senior tax manager, based in Bristol. She joined PKF Francis Clark in 2024, bringing high-level expertise to the corporate tax department. She focuses on larger corporates, handling both compliance and advisory work within the team.

With over eight years of experience at HMRC, Rhiannon has worked as an international and corporate tax specialist for large corporates and mid-sized businesses. She has extensive experience in:

  • HMRC enquiries
  • Complex corporation tax issues
  • Tax compliance
  • UK tax assurance rules
  • International tax issues
  • Transfer pricing.

Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Professional Studies in Taxation (Corporation Tax). She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving a range of complex problems.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, running and skiing.
