As head of Transaction Services at PKF Francis Clark, Rob delivers rigorous, insight-driven due diligence that turns risk into opportunity and drives deal success.

With a proven track record across energy and multi-sector transactions, Rob has advised on deals worth hundreds of millions. Adding to his credentials, he has experience as group financial controller for a £400m turnover business gives him a unique operational perspective, ensuring recommendations go beyond the numbers to protect value post-completion.

Known for his clarity, rigour, and client-centric approach, Rob identifies risks early and provides actionable recommendations that reduce stress and maximise success. He combines technical excellence with innovative thinking to deliver outcomes that align with clients’ growth objectives.
