Rob loves helping businesses develop with confidence and clarity.
Hi, I’m Rob, audit and accounts partner in Bristol.
I really enjoy working with growing businesses and helping them develop. For me, it’s all about getting to know the people behind the business.
So I really enjoy working with owner managed businesses, family run businesses, businesses that are, growing.
So I think what clients are really looking for is a trusted adviser, someone they can rely on someone they can build up confidence with, get to know, build that relationship. And then, only then can we really get beneath the skin and help those business owners.
So outside of work, I do a lot of fishing, particularly match fishing. It’s really competitive but a good laugh.
Go to see lots of gigs, lots of bands and I like to combine that with photography, taking photos of bands. I’ve also worked behind the scenes at Leeds Festival, working with some headline acts including Foo Fighters and Billie Eilish.

Rob Whitehead is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Partner in our Bristol and Taunton team. Rob is a specialist in audit and accounts, with a particular interest in cloud accounting, and is a Xero Certified Adviser.
Rob works closely with his clients to build strong relationships and is a trusted adviser to a broad range of businesses in many different sectors. Rob proactively manages his clients and if he can’t personally help, he will know someone who can.
Having gained extensive experience in regional accountancy practices, Rob’s focus is on the help and support he provides to owner-managed and family businesses.
Outside of work, Rob has a keen interest in fishing as well as rock music and photography. Rob attends many music events and has worked with the artist liaison team for the main stage headline acts at Leeds/Reading Festival, including Foo Fighters, Liam Gallagher, Stormzy and Billie Eilish.
