Sonia Fisher

Sonia is a partner in the professional practices team with a strong focus on the legal sector.  She provides specialist accountancy and taxation advice to a large number of legal firms and individual partners in the firms.  This advice ranges from compliance services covering accountancy, tax and SRA accounts rules to strategic matters, including restructuring, financial benchmarking, profit maximisation and tax planning.

She facilitates a couple of groups for managing partners and finance partners from law firms that meet up regularly to discuss topical issues in the legal sector and support each other.  This ensures she remains in touch with all challenges law firms face on a day to day basis.

Sonia joined PKF Francis Clark in 2001 and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant and then Chartered Tax Adviser.  She also had a period running her own business and this has given her the advantage of providing proactive advice and is able to better relate to her clients.
