Sophie Swift

Sophie works with clients across a range of industries on a variety of corporate finance transactions including trade sales, financial due diligence and performing other technical financial analysis.

Sophie has recently performed due diligence assignments for Global Risk Partners, a serial acquirer in the insurance industry, North Wales Hydro Power, and for a private group acquiring a food packaging distribution business.

Prior to joining PKF Francis Clark in January 2020, Sophie qualified with a big four firm where she gained experience working on both UK and international assignments across a wide variety of sectors including aerospace, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Sophie is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Mathematics, Accounting and Financial Management. In her free time Sophie enjoys running and a variety of watersports.
