As Transaction Services specialist, Sophie has played a key role in executing a diverse portfolio of buy-side and sell-side projects, collaborating with private equity firms, funders and large corporates across a broad spectrum of industries. Sophie is known for her tailored, solution-oriented approach to navigating complex transactions and driving deals to completion.

Sophie has recently delivered financial due diligence for Quinbrook on their £100m green transport investment in Aegis Energy, and has played a vital role in supporting a PE-backed corporate in completing over 20 acquisitions in the facilities management sector within just two years, as part of an ambitious buy-and-build strategy.

Before joining PKF Francis Clark, Sophie worked at a Big Four firm, gaining valuable experience on both UK and international assignments across a wide variety of sectors including aerospace, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Sophie is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Mathematics, Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University. Outside of work, Sophie is a keen runner, competing in local leagues, and enjoys a variety of watersports.
