Stuart Rogers

Partner, tax

Stuart leads the firm’s complex corporate tax team. He focuses on large business tax governance and assurance (including SAO obligations and conducting business risk reviews). Stuart has also become a prominent adviser in the field of R&D tax credits and regularly handles disputes arising with HMRC in this field.

Stuart specialises in international business tax matters. He completed the prestigious CIOT Advanced Diploma of International Taxation in 2012 and the Transfer Pricing Certificate in 2013. He is experienced in complex leasing tax matters, share schemes and employment related securities, due diligence and vendor tax planning, de-mergers and corporate reconstructions, and capital allowances.

Stuart is a chartered tax adviser and a commerce graduate from the University of Birmingham. He writes regularly in the tax press on corporate tax matters and is a member of the ICAEW Business Tax Committee.
