Will Sargent

Will is a manager in the corporate finance team delivering sell side support, buyside due diligence and vendor due diligence across a wide variety of corporate finance transactions and industries.

Will is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, having trained with PKF, with 10 years’ experience of advising owner-managed businesses in the SME sector.

Recent experience includes financial due diligence on behalf of Mercia Ventures on their investment in Heidi, a fast-growing online tour operator specialising in flexible ski holidays, as well as supporting Asterion Industrial Parner’s acquisition of Charlton Park Biomethane Plant.

In his spare time Will can be found dusting off his football boots or exploring the vibrant music scene of Bristol.
