Andrew Killick

Partner and head of corporate finance

Andrew Killick is a partner and head of the firm’s deals and restructuring department and corporate finance team covering the southern region. He has worked in corporate finance for over 30 years and overseas numerous transactions making him one of the most active advisors in the UK for completed deals.

He specialises in advising entrepreneurial business owners and their management teams to develop their strategy and undertake key finance raising and transactional events. These may include debt or equity raising, management-buy-outs, acquisitions and disposals. He has also advised businesses considering a listing on a stock market and has floated companies on AIM and the Main market.

During his career, Andrew has previously worked at a Big 4 firm, two mid-tier firms, a bank and a regional venture capitalist.

Having worked on buy-side, sell-side and for debt and equity providers, Andrew has seen transactions from many perspectives and he uses this experience to consider matters from the ‘other side of the fence’ which results in a realistic and pragmatic approach and a high transaction success rate. His initial step is to understand the aspirations of the stakeholders, and then develop a plan that will maximise the chances of achieving the objectives.

Andrew is married with twins and enjoys sailing, skiing, gardening and DIY.
