Associate director, corporate finance

Nathan supports business owners, management teams and investors through every stage of a transaction, from initial planning to successful completion. He specialises in company sales, private equity deals, acquisitions and financial due diligence, helping clients navigate complex processes with clarity and confidence.

Before joining PKF Francis Clark, Nathan worked in EY’s transaction services team, advising on buy-side and sell-side engagements, pre-acquisition diligence, funding and refinancing. His experience spans multiple sectors and deal sizes, from large corporates to owner-managed SMEs. Nathan was nominated as a “Rising Star” at the South West Rainmaker Awards, reflecting his reputation for delivering value and building strong client relationships.

Nathan combines strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach, adding value during negotiations and structuring deals to achieve the best outcome for clients. He holds a First-Class degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Bristol and is a below average golfer.
