Nathan Holland

Nathan Holland is an associate director in the corporate finance team working in the Transaction Services department delivering buyside due diligence, vendor due diligence and sell side support across a wide variety of corporate finance transactions.

Nathan joined the team from EY where he gained experience in the transaction services team advising clients on transactions ranging from buy-side through to full pre-acquisition due diligence, funding, re-financing, and sell-side disposal. He has experience working in a variety of sectors including tech, food and drink, logistics this includes advising clients from both corporate and private equity backgrounds.

Nathan holds a 1st class degree in Maths and Economics from the University of Bristol and has not left the city since his student days. Outside of work on weekends Nathan can be found on golf courses across the country and enjoying the wonderful food and drink scene in Bristol.
