Our board, partnership, members committee and company registration details

Three groups work together to make strategic decisions, manage performance and keep everyone informed.

With nearly 1000 colleagues in offices across the South and West of England, clear communications are vital to keep us moving in the same direction.  

We achieve that through three management groups, working together. ESG matters are covered by all three and indeed for every new initiative ESG impacts are included as part of a formal Board report. 

Partnership

The partnership is our 57 partners and senior non-accountant colleagues. The partnership meets twice a year and discusses and votes on key decisions.

Members' committee

The members committee is comprised of the CEO, COO, Chair and nine partners (one from each office). The committee meets monthly. It reports on company performance, discusses and votes on partnership issues and holds our board to account.

Company board

The board comprises 13 members – chief officers and some heads of department. It meets monthly to set our strategy and monitors performance. The board is responsible for company governance and sustainable success.

Clear, firm-wide communications

Digital channels are great – but face-to-face discussions help us to feel and act like one company. We use several routes to consult and share updates about performance and strategic decisions.
