PKF Francis Clark’s tax team has been strengthened by the appointment of Nicola Manclark as a partner at our growing Bristol office.

Nicola previously worked in the legal sector as a corporate tax partner. She brings 20 years’ experience of advising a wide range of clients, including tech companies and property businesses, on the tax implications of a wide variety of business issues, particularly transactions such as the sale of companies and real estate.

She joins a team of over 40 tax specialists across our eight offices and will work closely with our corporate finance team to guide clients through acquisitions, disposals and other deals.

As a tax lawyer, Nicola brings a wealth of experience on complex corporate transactions and property deals.

Nicola said: “One of the main attractions of PKF Francis Clark for me was the opportunity to be part of a dedicated tax advisory team. I’m looking forward to working alongside some outstanding specialists as part of a bigger tax team which has real breadth and depth of experience, and will give me a great opportunity to develop my practice and expertise.”

Nicola is ranked as a Next Generation Partner for corporate tax by the prestigious Legal 500 directory, which notes that she is praised by clients as “an outstanding professional who delivers high-quality advice”.

John Endacott, head of tax at PKF Francis Clark, said: “We’re delighted Nicola has joined us to help lead and develop our tax advisory team. As a tax lawyer, she brings a wealth of experience on complex corporate transactions and property deals, as well as strengthening our team in Bristol.”

Since it opened nearly three years ago, our Bristol office has grown rapidly, with a team of around 50 people now advising a wide range of clients across the city and beyond from their base in Victoria Street.

Nicola added: “I knew about PKF Francis Clark’s friendly and inclusive culture, which is really important to me, as well as the firm’s flexible approach to hybrid working. It’s also a really exciting time to join the Bristol office, and I’m looking forward to building on our growing presence in the city’s business community.”

Outside work, Nicola enjoys outdoor activities with her young family.
