Deep Dive Webinar – Succession

Our Deep Dive series of webinars is designed to look in more detail at issues facing businesses and individuals today. Our fourth event focused on succession and the options potentially available to the exiting owner manager.

Three protagonists from our specialist corporate finance and tax teams took a (blinkered) view of each option to make the case for their option being the ’best’ one to take. In reality, of course, we would take a more nuanced and holistic approach when working with owner managers – but this recording will give you good, high-level knowledge for each option. If you missed it, check out the recording below.
