PKF Francis Clark climbs Best Workplaces rankings

Colleagues from PKF Francis Clark celebrated being ranked among the UK’s Best Workplaces for a second year running at a black tie awards dinner in London.

We’ve claimed 24th place out of 105 large organisations on this year’s list of the UK’s Best Workplaces, climbing nine places since last year.

Workplace culture experts Great Place to Work surveyed over 250,000 employees to determine the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces. The rankings were unveiled at a ceremony in Mayfair hosted by comedian Katherine Ryan.

We never rest on our laurels when it comes to being a great place to work.

Amy Taylor, chief people officer at PKF Francis Clark, said: “What gives the UK’s Best Workplaces rankings credibility is the fact they are based on anonymous feedback from people working for companies across the UK in a wide range of sectors. We never rest on our laurels when it comes to being a great place to work, so we’re thrilled to have risen up the rankings this year.”

A group of colleagues representing all departments at PKF Francis Clark attended the awards ceremony after being nominated by their peers for their positive contribution to the firm’s culture.

The bar for being on this list is getting higher.

Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place to Work UK, said: “Year after year, it’s truly inspiring to witness a growing number of organisations earn a spot on our UK’s Best Workplaces list. We’ve seen our clients’ Trust Index scores increasing, meaning the bar for being on this list is getting higher.

“This recognition is no mean feat and highlights companies across the UK that excel in fostering high levels of trust in leadership, instilling pride in their workforce and cultivating strong camaraderie among colleagues. These crucial elements collectively contribute to creating workplaces where employees feel they can truly be themselves and thrive in a supportive environment.”
