Nicola Manclark

Partner, tax

Meet Nicola

Nicola advises on due diligence, employee ownership trusts and a wide range of tax matters, always focused on making the process straightforward and stress-free.

My name’s Nicola, I’m a tax partner here at PKF Francis Clark, based in our Bristol office.

I advise on complex transactions such as due diligence, structuring for acquisitions, shareholder exits, management buyouts and transitioning to employee ownership trusts.

I enjoy guiding clients through what can be quite intense and high-stakes processes, finding practical solutions and being on hand to keep things moving smoothly.

Responsiveness is key. Clients know that they can reach me when it matters and that I’ll explain things clearly even when it’s not.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the countryside around Bristol, and making the most of the city’s fantastic food scene.

Thanks for watching.
