PKF Francis Clark celebrates second year in top 10 of UK’s Best Workplaces for Women
PKF Francis Clark has been ranked eighth out of 100 large employers in the 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list, marking its second consecutive year in the top 10.
The firm is also the highest-ranked accountancy firm on this year’s list, which is compiled by Great Place To Work, the company behind the largest global survey of workplace cultures and people practices.
The rankings recognise organisations that are actively removing barriers to women’s career advancement and creating equitable environments where all employees, regardless of gender, can flourish. Companies are evaluated using employee feedback and workplace culture audits.

Women at PKF Francis Clark who participated in the latest survey highlighted a strong sense of teamwork and support, with colleagues describing a friendly, flexible and genuinely caring firm where people feel helped, valued and part of a positive culture.
One woman commented: “People truly look out for each other. Teams work well by coaching and providing a psychological safe space to learn and develop.”
